The Control Panel
Explanation of Control Panels and levels of access:
Email Account Control Panel (” Mail User “)
- The email account control panel gives the user access to manage an individual email account. These accounts can be created to give users an email account with out giving them access to other valuable files/controls.
End-User Control Panel (” Domain Admins “)
- The domain admin control panel controls administration of a domain. With this access, you have end user permissions, which will allow you to create, change, and administer individual domain features.
Reseller Control Panel (” Clients “)
- The reseller / client control panel controls the ability to administer and create multiple domains. This in then will create additional domain admin accounts for multiple users.
Admin Control Panel (” Administrators “)
- This is the highest level of access. Administrators will have access to this control panel to manage the server. This access allows you to control the access level and settings of other users as well as general settings of the server.
